I chose to become a Massage Therapist after experiencing a knee injury at 18 and living with pain and long term side effects for 6 years. With the help from an amazing Massage Therapist I reclaimed my health and now I want to help others to do the same. I graduated from Sage School of Massage and Esthetics in April, 2023. I’ve been trained in Swedish Relaxation and Deep Tissue massage. In addition, I’ve studied and specialize in therapeutic massage treatmenting of a multitude of conditions.

I’ve lived in Bend my whole life and can’t imagine calling anywhere else home! I love hiking with my dog Luna and being on the water as much as possible during the summer, either on a relaxing float down the Deschutes or a paddle boarding adventure. I am an avid crafter with knitting being my main passion!

My massage journey began 18 years ago. I had raised my children and was looking for a flexible job for my family. As a natural nurturer I was wanting to find a job that I could help people feel better. Took one massage class and I was all in! I love to listen to my clients needs and craft a treatment plan based on what their goals are. I am committed to hearing their concerns and am completely flexible in my pressure and techniques. Want more I can bring it, want less can do that too. Totally committed to making your massage session all about you.

In my free time I love spending time with my family and three dogs! We enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer. We love to ski, board, kayak, hike and camp

Dr. Dan Rhodes graduated from Palmer West Chiropractic in 1998. And spent his first year of practice working with Dr. Nick Athens who was the team chiropractor for the San Francisco Giants and 49ers. While working with Dr. Athens and having the opportunity to work with many professional athletes Dr. Dan continued his education by obtaining his Care of the Elite Professional Athlete certificate (CEPA) which focuses on the treatment of sports injuries through the use of many soft tissue and physical therapy techniques used in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments of both spinal and extremities. After which time Dr. Dan practiced for 17 years in Half Moon Bay CA. in a solo practice where he could concentrate on whole body care of each patient without having to rush appointments. Dr. Dan has become Graston Certified and incorporates Graston treatment into helping people recover quicker from a wide variety of injuries. Since moving to Bend in 2016 Dr. Dan has continued to treat patients as an associate in a small practice where longer appointments time maintained a priority to ensure high quality care. Dan’s philosophy on health is that although the human body has an amazing ability to heal itself, we often need to give it a push in the right direction to speed up the process. Many injuries are a combination of both skeletal and soft tissue issues and to treat them you need to incorporate a total body approach including a lot of soft tissue treatments using techniques such as myofascial release, Graston technique, and Active Release Techniques as well as strength and stabilization rehabilitation. Outside the office, Dr. Dan can often be found exploring the beautiful central Oregon outdoors with his daughters Stella and Adelaine. Also he’s an avid runner for 30+ years and frequently competes in ultra/trail events as well as the occasional triathlon. He has applied his many years of running experience by volunteering to coach with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as a run coach for Team In Training. Since moving to Bend in 2016 Dr. Dan has continued coaching and mentoring running groups with FootZone.

I feel so fortunate to have grown up in such a beautiful place as Bend. I’ve always lived an active, outdoor lifestyle. With a passion for biking, snowboarding and rock climbing, my mind thanked me, but my body wasn’t always on the same page. I have a history of injuries that led me to be incredibly appreciative of holistic healthcare and everything it has to offer. Modalities such as massage therapy and chiropractic care completely changed my relationship with pain and I could not be more thankful. Now I hope to offer others the things that helped me so much. I offer client-centered craniosacral therapy, deep tissue massage, and most importantly high level communication skills. I look forward to supporting anyone and everyone in their healing journey.
